Parker-Reinhardt 90 Punkte: This NV Riesling Brut is based on the 2017 harvest and is said to have been disgorged in spring this year (even though the cork looks as if the wine was disgorged a longer while ago). Intensely lime-green/yellow in color, this Riesling Brut opens with an intense and clear Riesling aroma intertwined with flinty notes. Pure and fresh on the palate, with intense fruit and fine bitters on the finish, this is a strict, straight and bone-dry sparkling wine with lots of character and Riesling features. Very straight and fresh with lots of energy and tension—a Riesling brut in our comfort zone. Tasted at the domain in July 2021.
